The company was founded in 2025 by a team of experts and technical specialists with years of experience in implementing advanced welding technologies at leading industrial enterprises in the CIS.

From the outset, MAKSA WELD was designed not as another supplier of consumables, but as an engineering partner. We develop and implement technically sound solutions tailored to the specific needs of each production site — taking full responsibility for the end result. We produce high-quality welding products.

We specialize in the design and implementation of welding processes based on Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) technology in sectors such as large-diameter pipe production, steel structures, shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, and the energy industry.

MAKSA WELD provides end-to-end technical project execution — from initial analysis to parameter configuration, commissioning, and compliance with industry standards.

The main office of MAKSA WELD is located in the UAE — a global hub of industrial logistics and business activity. This allows us to efficiently coordinate projects and engage with key markets. The fabric of MAKSA WELD located in Asian Region. The laboratory is also in UAE.

Our team has deep engineering expertise in the field of SAW (Submerged Arc Welding). We develop and implement welding technologies that ensure process stability, repeatability, and high production efficiency.

Technological expertise: We understand how flux and wire behave under real industrial conditions — and accurately tailor parameters to match the specific needs of each project.
In-house production: We manufacture over 20 grades of agglomerated fluxes that meet international standards, based on engineering calculations and industrial practice.
On-site implementation: We integrate welding technologies and materials directly at the customer’s facility — including fine-tuning of equipment and production processes, as well as staff training. No remote “consulting” — only hands-on engineering.
Turnkey engineering: We take full responsibility for welding process stability, minimizing losses and technological deviations.
R&D and quality control: We continuously develop new flux formulations and conduct regular lab and production testing.
Focus on industrial safety, environmental sustainability, and energy efficiency.
